Pavel Ovchinnikov and Sons, Moscow, late 19th century
of tapering cylindrical form on flared domed foot, decorated with four reserves supporting images of three peasant women and a man playing the balalaika, the background of scaled filigree executed in translucent red, the upper and lower rims with a band of geometric decoration, marked under the lower rim
