Note: 'Junius' has been attributed to various people and is most often thought to have been Sir Philip Francis. 'Junius' wrote a series of letters which were published in the Public Advertiser between January 1769 and January 1772, attacking various characters, including the Duke of Grafton, Lord Mansfield and George III (information from Nottingham University Library).
