dated October 6th 1734, order to pay Charles Lord Cornwallis £375 without account for one quarter of a year “on his several allowances of Seven hundred pounds per ann and of Eight hundred pounds per annum and these together with His ? assigns acquittances shall be your Discharge herein”, signed Walpole, Halifax and others, 23.5 x 37cm, a little chipping and worming; [Idem] Sum of accounts, dated 6th September 1733, "Accounting in all to the Sume of One Hundred Fifty One Pounds, and Sixpence... And Our Will and Pleasure is, And we do hereby Authorize and Direct, That out of any Payments, you shall make to the said reduced Officers of Our Land Forces and Marines... you deduct Six Pence in the Pound which is to be Applied towards the Support of Our Royall Hospitall at Chelsea...", signed Walpole, Clayton and Yonge, on paper, 29 x 46 cm (2)
